Once you register for a trip, you can cancel up to six months in advance to receive a refund of your deposit and cancellation insurance, if purchased.
Our cancellation insurance permits you to cancel for any reason up until 24 hours before departure (if you need to cancel within 24 hours of departure, it must be for a verified medical reason). Having a bad hair day? You're still eligible to cancel and receive a full refund, excluding the insurance premium. For the cost of the travel protection plan, please consult the trip brochures. We strongly advise purchasing cancellation insurance to protect your investment, especially when traveling internationally. Keep in mind that your health care coverage may not extend beyond the United States, whereas our insurance provides medical coverage. We are eager to offer comprehensive insurance coverage details.

To register for a trip, you must secure your spot with a deposit. The deposit amount varies depending on the trip you are registering for. You can click the Sign Up Now button for Reflections of Italy, Spotlight on New York Holiday, and Cultural Treasures of Japan. Alternatively, if you prefer, you may call us to make your reservation over the phone for any of the tours.
Once you have paid a deposit, you will receive a confirmation via email.
